Terms & Conditions – Romee & Co.
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Romee & Co. ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking a service with us, you ("the customer") agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
We provide deep cleaning and steam sanitising for prams, pushchairs, strollers, and related accessories.
We do not provide repair services, replacement of parts, or safety checks.
Our cleaning service is designed to improve hygiene and appearance but is not a guarantee of full stain removal or restoration to "like new" condition.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for delivering and collecting their pram(s) at the agreed location and time.
Prams must be collected within 7 days of being notified that cleaning is complete. Items not collected after 7 days may incur a daily storage fee of £20.
Customers must remove all personal items and valuables before drop-off. We will not be held responsible for lost items.
3. Condition of Prams
We will take all reasonable care when handling your pram, but we cannot be held responsible for:
Pre-existing damage, defects, or excessive wear and tear.
Colour fading, fabric thinning, or deterioration due to age or prior use.
Manufacturer faults or structural weaknesses that may become more noticeable after cleaning.
4. Liability
While we use professional-grade cleaning products and methods, we are not liable for any cosmetic or functional damage resulting from cleaning if it arises from pre-existing condition, material sensitivity, or general wear.
We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odours, or marks.
We accept no liability for issues relating to safety, functionality, or warranty of the pram post-cleaning. Customers remain responsible for checking their pram before use.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Services will not be released until payment is received in full.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking may be rescheduled or refunded in full.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may incur a cancellation fee of £20
Refunds will only be provided where we fail to deliver the service booked.
7. Hygiene & Safety
We use professional cleaning products that are safe for children when dry. However, customers are advised to allow prams to fully dry before use.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their pram is safe and suitable for use after collection.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
